Canal Digitaal: frequency changes of 22 May 2024

Why did the picture disappear?
Canal Digitaal changed its broadcast parameters on 22 May 2024. Receivers with an outdated channel list could consequently show a black screen on certain channels.
Reload the channel list
Does your satellite receiver support Fastscan? Open the installation menu and reload the Canal Digitaal channel list. On an Enigma2 receiver, you can install an updated channel list suitable for your model. The procedure varies by receiver.
Use current settings
The original post mentioned a symbol rate of 29900 and FEC 3/4. Do not simply apply these archived settings to every transponder: always check Canal Digitaal’s current data for a new installation.
